My Little League Baseball Cards
| My little league baseball cards is a dream that I have had for several years. My grandsons have played Little League baseball since they were both 5 years old. Since the first game that I saw back in 1994, I wanted to give my grandchildren cards that they could call their own. |
| We already had a very large collection of professional baseball cards stored in several boxes, but I was unable to give Brandon his own card. I can blame this on a lot of different reasons, not knowing how to make baseball cards from scratch, not knowing enough about how to use the internet to find places where I could get baseball cards but all of that has changed now. |

Take a little tour with me down memory lane, on all the things that I learned not only in making baseball cards, but through T-ball, Coach Pitch, the Minors on to the Majors, not to mention all of the All Star games. I have one grandson that has moved on to high school baseball, but I still have one in Little League. I also have some baseball cards that are not baseball cards but are just as important to me as they are to my grandsons and my granddaughter. |
| When Brandon started little league, I had no idea what T-ball was all about. One thing that I learned real fast was I needed to have the camera out and ready at all times. The first hit, first base, crossing over home plate, all future baseball cards just waiting to be created. I also learned that I have never laughed so hard at some of the plays that happened, looking at all of the kids at home plate with a bat that was longer than they were tall and possibly weighted more than they did at the time. I watched their laughs, lots of tears and a world of memories, for them, for me, for family members and friends. My dream finally came true with my little league baseball cards. |
